Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) affects around 20% of people in North America. Symptoms can range from mild to debilitating and include stomach pain, bloating, gas, constipation and/or diarrhea. You would probably be surprised by how many of your friends and co-workers suffer silently right alongside you.

 

That said, I keep it practical. I'm a small-town girl who grew up on a dairy farm and I have two little kids and a husband and a career, so don't think I'm going to make you quit Taco Tuesday... I'm just going to teach you how to do it without suffering the consequences. :)
