ABOUT DR. RACHEL ADAMS
Hi! I'm Rachel Adams, a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with a personal and family history of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I've been working in nutrition for almost 20 years. Around 4 years ago I started a deep dive in gut health after stumbling upon the Low FODMAP Diet in a class for my Ph.D. Now the Low FODMAP Diet and gut health are the focus of my research. I can't wait to share what I've learned with you!
